At Aprisa Cleaning Services, we are committed to providing high-quality services and ensuring customer satisfaction. Below are our terms regarding refund requests:

Payments made for scheduled cleaning services are non-refundable once the service has been rendered. However, if a customer believes that the service did not meet the agreed-upon standards, they may file a complaint within 24 hours after the completion of the work.

To process a refund request or service review, the customer must contact our customer service team via the provided email or phone number on this page. Photographs, details of the issue, or additional proof may be requested to assess the case.

If, after evaluation, it is determined that there was a deficiency on the part of Aprisa Cleaning Services, one of the following solutions may be offered at the company’s discretion:

Repetition of the service at no additional cost.

Partial or full refund of the amount paid.

Application of the amount paid as credit for a future service.

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

If the customer did not report the dissatisfaction within 24 hours.

If access to the service location was unsafe or inadequate, affecting the quality of the work.

If the customer provided incomplete or incorrect instructions.
